The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The same payment method used for the deposit may be required for withdrawals.

If you wish to cancel a withdrawal request after it has been submitted, you must inform the support team within the specified time. • If a bonus is not used within the specified time after being claimed, it may be cancelled.

6.3 Bonus Abuse
